PORTFOLIO - Typography Photography Image
This image was created by myself for my Photography Course, this was in April 2010 at Wakefield College.
I have used my Photoshop skills when creating the image to make it feel modern, unique and creative. The image was created by scratch, I got my inspiration from a tutorial I had found here. The photo is similar to that in the tutorial; however I decided to make a full word, rather than just one letter, mine is also much colourful than that in the tutorial.
Altogether the Project took about a week to produce, this time included the typing I had to do for each word inside each letter. I also used the latest version of Photoshop; which at the time was version 'CS4'. This new version helped me when creating the image because of the new features that helped the process quicker than what it could have been with an older version.
Please view a selection of screen shots below, these show the stages of creating the image and also descriptions of what is happening inside them. The image of the final product is at the end of the gallery. This image can also be found on my Flickr here.
